Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga: These classes are based on the lyengar approach focusing on postural alignment and proper breathing. A serios of posturesequences arranged to flow together with the breath one after the next. Each sequence is unique and can be modified by adding or subtracting poses. Every month a new sequence is introduced, learned and practiced. Vinyasa also develops Cardiovascular Fitness as well as weigth loss and a pleasing body shape at the same time reduces stress and fatigue. This class ends with a deep relaxation, breathing exercises and meditation.
